Ich war so begeistert von diesem sehr speziellen Strand in Koh Kho Khao, dass ich von meinem ersten Barfußlauf ein kleines Video gemacht habe. Ich hoffe es inspiriert dich dazu, die Natur zu genießen und bei sportlichen Aktivitäten darauf zu achten, den Körper möglichst natürlich zu bewegen.

В поиске красивых мест на Ко Change отправились на территорию отеля Nirvana. Это самый юго-западный отель, находящийся на перешейке. С одной стороны открывается вид на Сиамский залив, а с другой - залив Bang Bao c одноименной деревушкой на сваях. Пляжной линии как таковой нет. Западная сторона прекрасно подходит для снорклинга, принятия солнечных ванн и фотосессии на живописных валунах. На восточной стороне можно полюбоваться растущими здесь причудливыми мангровыми зарослями, а вот поплавать не получится. Каменистый берег и грязное море не располагают к купанью. Что касается Sun Deck или солнечной палубы, проход на нее закрыт. Деревянные мостки пришли в негодность и ходить по ним опасно. Есть тропинка, ведущая наверх, но обзор закрывает буйная растительность.
