2019 is the 80th Anniversary of the beginning of World War 2, the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of Kohima, India and D-Day, the Allied invasion of Europe in Normandy. The Brentwood Imperial Youth Band was once again proud and honoured to lead the parade from Bretwood Town Hall to the War Memorial for a service and afterwards to St. Thomas of Canterbury Church in the Town Centre. There were 90 members of the Band on parade with the youngest just 10 years old - it was the first Remembrance Day Parade for 15 of these.
