WE SWAM in boiling hot TAAL VOLCANO before ERUPTION!
One week after Flying Kell and Amy went swimming in Taal Volcano crater lake in this video, the Taal Volcano Eruption 2020 happened. We took the SECRET TRAIL of TAAL VOLCANO, which leads to the boiling hot green crater lake in the middle of the volcano. Taal Volcano is world's smallest active volcano, and the Philippines' second most active volcano. It is located in the middle of Taal Lake, right next to Tagaytay City. The Taal Volcano acidic crater lake is known to have very high chemical properties, which makes swimming in it great for your skin! It is dangerous to stay in for too long though... Everybody should visit Taal Volcano during their Philippines travel! This vlog is part of the Philippines Vlog series!

Suicide Forest in Japan (Full Documentary)
The Aokigahara Forest is the most popular site for suicides in Japan. After the novel Kuroi Jukai was published, in which a young lover commits suicide in the forest, people started taking their own lives there at a rate of 50 to 100 deaths a year.
The site holds so many bodies that the Yakuza pays homeless people to sneak into the forest and rob the corpses. The authorities sweep for bodies only on an annual basis, as the forest sits at the base of Mt. Fuji and is too dense to patrol more frequently.

CCTV footage which shows bright 'UFO' in Australian sky goes viral
CCTV footage of what appears to be a floating UFO was spotted by police officers in the resort town of Broome, Western Australia, over the weekend. The video the CCTV footage was filmed during a powerful thunderstorm that hit the city.
While some Twitter users were convinced that this was proof of alien life, others suggested it was just a lens flare from the headlights of the car seen in the bottom right corner of the screen. Report by Louee Dessent-Jackson.
A Natural Way to Get Rid of Ants in Your House
If you have ants in your pants, that normally means you can’t sit still and have too much energy. Or it might mean you actually do have ants in your pants, and that’s highly creepy. When ants start an invasion of your home and yard, you gotta be prepared to fight them off. If you aren’t a huge fan of chemical pesticides (they can be harmful to humans) – there are natural ways to get rid of those annoying insects and keep them out for good.
Some pest repellents that you can find right in your kitchen cabinet or garden! Did you know, for example, that сinnamon can work as a double agent here? It makes your house smell like a dream and helps you defer ants at the same time. Another affordable thing ants totally hate is vinegar. You can spray it onto the ants, around the windowsills, doorways, and places that ants love. And, there’ll be no scent left behind after it dries!

SUMMARY:
- You might love the smell of oranges, lemons, and grapefruit, but ants just can’t stand it! Use this knowledge to your advantage.
- Similar to citrus fruits, cucumbers smell like trouble to ants. Apparently, there’s something in their chemical composition that eliminates the fungi that ants love a lot.
- If you have ants in your kitchen and bathroom, you can repel them using peppermint essential oil. Sprinkle cotton balls with a few drops and leave them in areas where the ants hang out.
- If you mix cinnamon oil with water in a spray bottle and sprinkle it on ant trails, windows, doors and cracks, it’ll have an even stronger effect.
- Before you throw away used coffee grounds after you enjoy a hot cup, remember they can, in fact, be of good use to you. Put them right in the cracks, sprinkle them around the flower bed, or even the entire base of your house.
- Tansy flowers might look cute to you but not to the ants! Plant it near your front door, under full or indirect sun and in pretty dry soil, or among other plants you want to protect from ants.
- Food grade diatomaceous earth is a fine silica powder of fossilized algae. It’s perfectly safe for humans, but dangerous for insects.
- No ant shall pass a border made of chalk, since they can’t walk across powdery materials.
- Ants love sugar but can’t stand baking soda. The smell of sugar will attract them, and baking soda will say “hi” to their digestive system, and the results are pretty dramatic for them.
- Cornmeal isn’t the quickest way to ruin an ant colony, but it’s completely harmless to humans and super cheap, so you might want to give it a go.
- Make a thin paste of powdered Borax laundry booster, sugar and water in equal parts. Put a few tablespoons of it on a jar lid and set the bait. This solution attracts all possible kinds of ants with its sugary smell.
- Another ant secret they don’t want you to know is that they just hate hot water. Yes, something as simple as that makes them tremble with fear.
- Most ants just go for the food, but some love plants, both potted and planted ones. To prevent them from building a home in what’s adding aesthetics to your own home, try setting up a moat filled with water, much like people did in ancient times building fortresses.

The Cannibal Generals of Liberia
Full length now on YouTube:
Cannibalism, murder and rape are just a part of everyday life in certain regions of Liberia. Despite the United Nation's eventual intervention, most of this country's young people continue to live in abject poverty, surrounded by filth, drug addiction, and teenage prostitution. In 2009, we went to Liberia to rummage through the messy remains of a country ravaged by 14 years of civil war.
UPDATE: Charles G. Taylor, former President of Liberia and warlord, has been convicted by an international tribunal of war crimes and crimes against humanity, including rape, murder, and the use of child soldiers. He is the first head of state to be found guilty by an international court since the Nuremberg trials.

[The Incredible Japanese Prison Break]
Aomori, Japan. 1936. Prisoner Yoshie Shiratori had had enough.
He was forced to confess to a murder he did not commit, falsely imprisoned in Aomori Prison, beaten and tortured every night by prison guards, and, now worse, prosecutors were seeking the death penalty. In his mind, it was time to go; but Aomori Prison wasn’t the easiest to escape.
Regardless, Yoshie Shiratori had nothing to lose, and so at 5:30 am he made his move. He knew there would be a 15 minute gap in the patrol time as he had studied the guards’ routine for months; and when the coast was clear, he pulled out a metal wire (which he had smuggled in from the bathhouse) and started to pick the lock. (This was originally the metal support ring that was wrapped around the bathing buckets inmates used to wash themselves).
His hands were stiff from the wintry cold, but after a few minutes of picking, he had success, and his cell door swung open. But he wasn’t out of the woods yet, because there were more locked doors ahead. He knew he only had a few minutes left before the guards would return, and so he wasted no time attempting to pick his way through the remaining security doors.
Now fortunately for him, he was able to make it out of the facility, but the bad news was that he was only halfway to freedom. You see, he was still well within the search perimeter, which meant at any moment the alarm could go off and he’d still be caught.
At 5:45am the guards returned, peering into his cell; and this is what they saw - Shiratori sound asleep in his futon bed. ...

How To Treat Insomnia Naturally Without Medication Fix Sleeping Problems | Best Way To Sleep Better
How To Cure Insomnia Naturally Without Medication | Get Rid Of Sleeping Problems | Best Way To Sleep Better At Night
Hey guys! This weeks video is all about insomnia and how to treat it naturally without the use of medication.
I see many patients who have insomnia and most of the time they want sleeping tablets - But actually most pharmacists, GPs, nurse practitioners prefer not to recommend sleeping tablets. As insomnia can often be improved by changing your daytime and bedtime habits or by improving your bedroom environment.
See your GP, Pharmacist or Nurse Practitioner if you're still having difficulty getting to sleep after trying these techniques.
WHAT IS INSOMNIA?
Insomnia means poor sleep. About one third of adults do not get as much sleep as they would like. Poor sleep can mean:
• Not being able to get off to sleep.
• Waking up too early.
• Waking for long periods in the night.
• Not feeling refreshed after a night's sleep.
If you have poor sleep, particularly over a long period of time, it can severely affect your life, as it can cause:
• Tiredness (fatigue) and loss of energy in the daytime.
• Poor concentration.
• Loss of interest in usual activities.
Irritability.
• Depression and anxiety.
• Inability to do things as well or as much as usual.
• A worse quality of life.
WHAT IS A NORMAL AMOUNT OF SLEEP?
About 6-9 hours per night is average for most adults. Most people establish a pattern that is normal for them in their early adult life. However, as you become older, it is normal to sleep less. For most people it takes less than thirty minutes to fall asleep.
So, everyone is different. What is important is that the amount of sleep that you get should be sufficient for you, and that you usually feel refreshed and not sleepy during the daytime.
HOW TO SLEEP BETTER?
Insomnia can often be improved by changing your daytime and bedtime habits or by improving your bedroom environment.
Making small changes may help you to get a good night's sleep. Try some of the methods below for a few weeks to see if they help.
See your GP, Pharmacist or Nurse Practitioner if you're still having difficulty getting to sleep after trying these techniques.
DAYTIME HABITS:
• Set a specific time for getting up each day. Try to stick to this time, seven days a week, even if you feel you haven't had enough sleep. This should help you sleep better at night.
• Don't take a nap during the day.
• Exercise daily, but don't exercise for at least four hours before going to bed.
BEDTIME HABITS:
• Stop drinking tea and coffee for a few hours before bedtime.
• Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking, particularly shortly before going to bed.
• Don't eat a big meal just before bedtime.
• Don't use back-lit electronic devices shortly before going to bed.
• Don't lie in bed feeling anxious about lack of sleep. Instead, get up, go to another room for about 20 minutes and do something else, such as reading or listening to soft music, before trying again.
• Write a list of your worries and any ideas to solve them before going to bed. This may help you forget about them until the morning.
• Link to relaxation techniques:
BEDROOM ENVIRONMENT:
• Use thick blinds or curtains or wear an eye mask if the early morning sunlight or bright street lamps affect your sleep.
• Make sure your bedroom is at a comfortable temperature for sleeping.
• Wear ear plugs if noise is a problem.
• Don't use your bedroom for anything other than sleeping or sex. Avoid watching television, making phone calls, eating or working while you're in bed.
• Make sure your mattress is comfortable and that you have a pillow you like, as well as adequate bedding for the time of year.
