Explore the Submariners Walk Heritage Trail with the Brisbane Greeters
During World War II, the New Farm and Teneriffe waterfront was used as a US naval base for visiting submarines. As a special commemoration of the submariners, there exists a Submariners Walk Heritage Trail that stretches along 600m of the boardwalk between New Farm and Teneriffe. It is a memorial to the Australian and US submariners who were based at the Capricorn Wharf at Teneriffe during World War II. Five of the US submarines that left Teneriffe to go on patrol never came back – lost with all their crew. About 70 US submarines used the Capricorn Wharf for maintenance and repairs during the war, and for the last three months of 1942 there were as many US submarines operating from Brisbane as from Pearl Harbor.

Australia Vlog / A day in my life / My Sunday in Brisbane City
I start my Sunday with going to church. I usually visit Cathedral of St. Stephen. The cathedral is located on a site bounded by Elizabeth, Charlotte and Edward Streets, in Brisbane City. This also serves as the mother parish of the Archdiocese of Brisbane.
If my friends have time, we go eat brunch as well every weekend and stroll around the city. Our way to relax after busy week.
Twice a month, there's Suitcase Rummage in Brisbane Square. You can find books, clothes, handmade items, second-hand, upcycled and recycled stuff here. Good for those students who love sales and discounts like me.
We also watched Avengers: End Game! I love the movie and I cried because of Ironman.
That's my weekend.

Located on the east coast of Australia, above Sydney is Brisbane (pronounced briz-been), with a population of roughly 2 million people and busy city streets, this city has something to offer everyone. As a disclaimer, the downtown tour was recorded on Labour Day so there were less people walking around or driving than usual.
**I messed up my conversion on the room, $14AUD is about $9.5 USD**

Cloudland: The life and death of a Brisbane icon
In November 1982 Brisbane awoke to discover that its beloved hilltop dance hall and music venue had been razed in secret in the middle of the night. 'They took away something dramatic and gave us something mundane,' says John Willsteed, a Queensland University of Technology lecturer and former member of the Go-Betweens, describing the 'vomit of townhouses' that now stands on the site. All that is left of Cloudland is a memorial arch

EXPLORING BRISBANE | 2017
In the middle of March, I caught a train (multiple trains actually) to Brisbane with my best friend Maddie. I haven't made a video in a while so of course, I had to record everything whilst in the city. So here's footage of Madeline and I roaming around in the streets of Brisbane.
