July 25th, 2010 - Biking Short Hills in St Catherine's Ontario
Biking in St Catherines Ontario Canada on July 25th, 2010. Nice mix of uphills, downhills with decent flow. Unfortunately it was after a day of rain so we were bogged down with a little more mud than normal. In the end it was a fun ride with good friends... Footage was shot with my Tachyon XC Micro helmet camera and edited using Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.
