The Bromsgrove Experience - English Version
Bromsgrove International School Thailand (BIST) is affiliated with Bromsgrove School UK established in 1553. The School provides a traditional British Education with a curriculum firmly rooted in the English National Curriculum and staffed by a highly qualified British Headmaster and teaching staff -- mostly recruited in the UK.
Like our sister school in England, BIST concentrates on providing a traditional academically rigorous education. Our students are entered for external examinations set by the Cambridge Examination Board.
Students study for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSEs) at age 16, and Advanced Supplementary (AS) and 'Advanced (A)' level examinations between the ages of 16 to 18. These qualifications are the most widely accepted qualification for the world's universities.
The school is located within the grounds of a 36-hole golf course within 15 kilometres from Bangkok International Airport and 30 kilometres from central Bangkok. Our location allows us to offer golf as part of our PE curriculum for all students from 7 years old.

Bromsgrove Intensive English and Adventure Camp
Bromsgrove Intensive English and Adventure Camp takes place at Bromsgrove International School Thailand, situated in its own landscaped grounds, and adjacent to a 36-hole golf course in Bangkok. It is just a half an hour drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport but the natural setting feels worlds away from the hectic bustle of the city.
Our Camp focuses on developing children’s English language capabilities alongside opportunities in skills enrichment, character building, and problem-solving throughout the 2-week program. Students will learn to lead an active lifestyle, work in teams, extend their personal limits as well as work to enhance social, emotional and fundamental life skills for a successful life.
It is a great opportunity for children ages 8 to 15 from all around the world to widen their experiences and grow to love the English language by living it. We also offer the chance for children to experience firsthand the British boarding life in our prestigious, safe and trustworthy boarding facilities.

Bromsgrove Birmingham road development - 4k drone video
In Bromsgrove, my home town, what used to be a DIY store and then a variety store is now being taken down ready for redevelopment.
The entire site including the petrol station will be leveled over the next few weeks.
They but big wooden barriers up to stop you seeig what is going on and to keep the site secure. Luckily, drones have no trouble seeing what is going on.
I will visit again next week and see what has changed.
