Experience the exhilaration of learning to surf. Broulee Surf School will teach you the skills to become a surfer. And you'll increase your fitness and ocean awareness at the same time! If you already have surfing experience, then the professional surf team show you how to build on your skill level and gain even more enjoyment! We offer the safe surfing program enabling you to progress through the certificate levels from beginners (level 1) to advanced (level 5). Surfing Lessons are available as group lessons with up to 8 people per instructor or as a private lesson where your surf instructor will take you out to the most suitable break for your ability (your own equipment is optional) All ages (8yrs +) and all abilities are welcome to attend! You'd be surprised by the variety of thrilled students these Australian East Coast Surf Schools have inspired. When you surf with Broulee Surf School all your surfing equipment is supplied, including the latest soft surfboards and steamer oneil wetsuits. Hiring your surfing gear as part as a one day surf package or whenever you are at the beach is encouraged so you can further practice your skills. Surfing Lessons are conducted at North Broulee Beach, and at the northern end of famous Mollymook Beach.

Ok this is - Broulee Island. I will be putting a more detailed edit later.
Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the southeast. This is an exposed reef break that does not work very often
The right hander known as pink rocks is located on the north side of Broulee Island. It's an intimidating monster of a wave with critical drop and walling and bowling sections to negotiate. It breaks over a bouldery reef and the boils in the wave face are a constant reminder of this as as you pick your way down the line. Not for the faint of heart of anyone less than very experienced in this kind of surfing. It's best in a big southeast swell and southwest winds.
