This exiting tour is not new to us nor is it to our loyal travelers. It’s just, that it is such a gem, we would love to highlight its unique route to all of those who haven’t been able to go yet. This is probably one of my favorite Youth Hostels, the staff are ultra friendly they speak English perfectly along with several other languages incredible!
The hostel has had a refit since our last visit and everything is new and welcoming, the rooms are clean and very comfortable with shower facilities, and the dormitories have communal showers and toilets which are also very clean.
Inside the hostel next to the reception area there is also an intimate bar which opens at 6pm every evening and sells some hand selected Belgium beers.
The hostel is absolutely ideal for Individual Backpackers/Travelers/or School trips who are exploring the Fields of Flanders on educational visits, or those who are just visiting Belgium for holidays.
The breakfast and evening meals are self service with a Coffee/Tea/Chocolate machine.
The meals are well thought out and they can cater for large groups also.
In the reception area there are various leaflets about Brugge they include: Cycle Rental/Day Trips and various other useful information on this historic city.
My overall rating is 10/10 for it's friendly homely atmosphere.

Home On The Road - Episode 1 Into Packing, Leaving, Bruges
On this episode of Home on the Road we introduce ourselves, pack the van and set off on our adventure.
After traveling south from Sheffield down to Dover we then cross over into France before making our way up to Bruges in Belgium for our first stop. Two days later we pack up and head south from Luxembourg to visit a friend from Instagram who shows us his local spot where we shoot some sunrise photos.
