Brüggen Mühle, Burg und Altes Zollhaus Schwalm
Brüggen an der Schwalm am wunderschönen Niederrhein: Wassermühle, Burg mit Jagdmuseum und Altes Zollhaus mit wunderschönem Biergarten an der Schwalm. Sowohl in der Wassermühle als auch im Zollhaus gibt es sehr gute Küche mit rustikalem Ambiente - und Brüggen lohnt immer einen Besuch!
ENGLISH: Brueggen is a small beautiful town at the border between Germany and the Netherlands, next bigger towns are Venlo (NL) + Duesseldorf (D) - half way between Amsterdam + Cologne, a bit closer to Cologne, I think. Please have a look at the map on the right side! You can find a watermill, the Zollhaus (a historical house for the customs-officers) and a castle. You can see the tower behind the watermill. Inside the castle you can find a museum for hunting. The river is called Schwalm with a lot of other watermills, too! Inside the watermill in Brüggen and the Zollhaus you can find good Restaurants - have a good taste!
