You join me just after a late breakfast over at Khao Soi Khun Yai and another tasty bowl of noodles.
I have once again been stopped at a police check point and dont intent getting stopped again!
So I take avoiding action and make my way to Nong Buak Hard Public Park .
Its a small but well kept park and a nice place to jog,ride a cycle or just relax in.
After that I head down to Promenada Resort Mall. Its a large shopping centre just outside the city.
It also has a rather large immigration office so handy for visa services.
I then stop back at Thai Thai Coffee for a coffee and a light late lunch.

สวนสาธารณะหนองบวกหาด

ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเชียงใหม่ ใกล้กับ แจ่งกู่เฮือง เดิมมีชื่อว่า “หนองบวกหาด” แต่..นิยมเรียกตามลักษณะของสวนว่า “สวนบวกหาด” ซึ่งเป็นที่รู้จักของนักท่องเที่ยว ทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติ ด้วยพื้นที่ขนาด 12 ไร่ แวดล้อมไปด้วยต้นไม้นานาพรรณ มีสระน้ำ และ ปลาหลากหลายชนิด มีเครื่องออกกำลังกายตามจุดต่างๆ มีทางเดินรอบสวนสาธารณะ มีสนามตะกร้อ ศาลากลางน้ำ สนามเด็กเล่น ร้านค้า และร้านกาแฟ ทำให้สวนบวกหาด เป็นสถานที่ ที่เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนนั่งเล่น นอนเล่น อ่านหนังสือ ออกกำลังกาย ให้อาหารปลา จิบกาแฟ สร้างความเพลิดเพลินและเติมพลังให้กับทุกคนได้ทุกเวลา

Nong Buak Hard Public Park es un parque público ubicado en la esquina suroeste de la ciudad vieja de Chiang Mai. Es el parque Lumpinee (Lumphini) de Chiang Mai, al norte de Tailandia. Cerca de la puerta Saen Pung Gate y del mercado nocturno de los Sábados. Abre todos los días de 05:00 a 21:00. Decorado con árboles y flores, es un lugar excelente para practicar deporte; running, yoga, ciclismo... o simplemente pasar el rato, pasear y dar de comer a los peces en el enorme estanque central. Es muy frecuentado por tailandeses y extranjeros, especialmente en época de festivales, ya que el parque se utiliza para realizar esto tipo de eventos como el Festival de las Flores.

Nong Buak Hard Public Park is a public park located in the southwest corner of the old city of Chiang Mai. It is the Lumpinee (Lumphini) park in Chiang Mai, north of Thailand. Near the Saen Pung Gate and the Saturday night market. Open every day from 05:00 to 21:00. Decorated with trees and flowers, it is an excellent place to practice sports; running, yoga, cycling ... or just hanging out, walking and feeding the fish in the huge central pond. It is very frequented by Thais and foreigners, especially during festival times, since the park is used to carry out this type of event such as the Flower Festival.
