Queens Park - Buckleys Falls - Baums Weir - Bunyip Pool - Geelong
Here's a fantastic walk on the edge of Geelong in Victoria. Queens Park - Buckleys Falls - Baums Weir - Bunyip Pool around an 8 km walk along the Barwon River up and down back to Queens Park. Perhaps a little longer if you divert around and seek out some of the most interesting views. You can even cut across to the Fyansford Hotel if you wanted too at around the half way mark.
Takes some water with you and take the family as its well worth the walk. You could do it by bike as well but its never the same as by foot as you'll miss out on too much of the nature along the way then. Photography 2015 by John Boom.

Breakwater Aqueduct | Geelong Australia
Checking out the Breakwater Aqueduct in Geelong Australia.
The Barwon Sewer Aqueduct is a heritage-listed aqueduct across the Barwon River at Goat Island, Breakwater, Victoria, Australia. It was designed by engineer E. G. Stone and erected from 1913-1915. It would appear to be the only one of its kind in Australia in terms of its length and the use of the Considere construction technique. The aqueduct appears to be the last example in Australia of Armand Considere's system of reinforcing for concrete structures. It was added to the Victorian Heritage Register on 23 October 1991.
