Episodio 10 : Dopo il giro al parco, siamo tornati in città fermandoci a mangiare al Buddha Belly, e la sera stessa abbiamo visitato una delle vie commerciali di Cat Ba girando tra locali, ristoranti e mercati turistici.
Il giorno dopo, prima d'intraprendere un nuovo giorno, abbiamo visitato il mercato dei local, decisamente più conveniente, in cerca di frutta.

Baby Potty Training - Elimination Communication - Potty Train is basically being very aware and attentive of your baby's pee pee and poo poo timings and signals, then letting them do their business in a potty (or the sink). My mother from Malaysia, taught us how to potty train or toilet train our first born Lauren at 4 months old, using a plastic bucket-like Baby Potty or Baby Toilet. We started training our second born Sophia at just 2 months old, and it's been another amazingly fun and rewarding experience. Just wanted to share our potty training tips and experience through this video. Introduction : Welcome to Visit Cambodia 2017 : Traditional dance show in Phnom Penh.

I'm going to describe you about the kind of traditional dance show of Khmer people in Cambodia.

1. Robam killed buffalo & Drink Wine :

This dances slaughtered some cattles to dedicated the God and drank alcohol after he harvested already rice.

This folk dance originates from the poor ethnic group living in Kravagn district, Pursat province. The dance depicts a traditional ritual ceremony of the Poor villagers before they depart to the cardamom mountains to collect special forest products.

4.Robam NESAT (Fishing Dance) :

This folk dance is ahead of its time, emphasizing the importance of natural resources and especially water. It shows that where there is water, there are fish and therefore livelihoods are supported.

5. The churning of the ocean of milk: Origin of Apsara dance:
A hindu epic, as depicted on the bas-reliefs of Angkor Wat, the churning of the ocean of milk describes a tug-of-war The churning scene between Devas (Gods) and Asuras (demons), around the serpent in order to produce Amrita, the sacred elixir of immortality
from the depth of the cosmic ocean. Among the treasures out of the churning of the ocean of milk came a celestial dance called Apsara.

6. Apsara Dance :

Apsara dance was created following the gestures of Apsara images depicted on the temple of Angkor. It is believed to date back to the 7th century. Apsara themselves, celestial female spirits, are seen as the mother of Khmer dances and symbols of Khmer culture.

7. Robam Kandob Ses : ( Praying Mantis Dance )

This is a traditional folk dance from Svay Rieng province. The gestures of this dance
largely imitate the praying mantis, and costumes are the colors of the insect.
Coconut shells are used during the performance, with pairs of empty shells tied to
the dancer's hands and elbows.

8. Robam Kngork Pailin (Pailin Peacock Dance)

It comes from the kola ethnic group living in the region of Pailin in the west of Cambodia.
Pailin is famous for gemstones. The lively dance celebrates the peacock, a symbol of happiness,
suggesting a courting scene between a peacock and a peahen. It is said to bring happiness and prosperity,
and is performed during new year and ritual ceremonies to pray for rain.

9. Robam Phloy Suoy :

This dance originates form the Suoy ethnic who live near the Oral Mountain Range in Kompong Speu Province.
The Suoy perform this dance in dedication to the cave spirit and other gods who they believe protect their community.

Dopodichè abbiamo noleggiato un motorino per girare in libertà l'intera isola di Cat Ba, partendo dalla grotta di Trung Trang, il parco nazionale di Cat Ba con il museo, la cima del Dinh Ngu Lam, l'ex zona militare di Cannon Fort. Praticamente i luoghi con più fascino.
