CHEAPEST WAY TO GET FROM KRABI TO PHUKET (PUBLIC BUSES) | Thailand | Vlog 016

After trawling the internet and streets for ways on getting from Ao Nang (Krabi) to Phuket (Kata beach) we decide to take it upon ourselves and go on a mission to do it the public bus way. With taxis coming in at 2800 baht and ferries at 900 baht we knew there had to be another way. This is our guide on how to do it, what bus stations and routes plus the cost breakdown!

Cheapest Way To Get From Phuket/Patong to Krabi/Ao Nang $6.15

Step 1: Catch blue bus (patong/Phuket) bus off main beach road in patong. Runs every 30 minutes or so and costs 30 baht one way. Bus will pick up all along the beach road if you're too lazy to walk down all the way.


Step 2: Get off in Old Phuket town. Look for pink bus at that same stop. Costs 15 baht and takes about 10-15 minutes to bus terminal 2 which will be the last stop.

Step 3: Arrive at Bus terminal 2 to purchase ticket to Krabi at Phuket Bus Terminal 2, Tickets are about 140 baht per person. Trip from Phuket town to Krabi terminal is about 2.5 hours.

Step 4: Once in Krabi terminal take local white bus (or more accurately modified truck) that says Krabi town/Ao Nang on it. Much cheaper than taxi and costs 30 baht per person. Takes about 10-15 minutes to go to downtown Krabi. For Ao Nang it take about 30 min and costs 60 baht per person.

Total cost per person: 215 baht or $6.15 USD

This trip was so incredibly easy and stress free for us and bonus it's cheap! Wanted to share with fellow travelers trying to save some money.

Phuket is located in Southern Thailand and just over an hour by plane from Bangkok. It is the biggest island of Thailand and sits on the Andaman Sea. Being a big island, Phuket is surrounded by many magnificent beaches such as Rawai, Patong, Karon, Kamala, Kata Yai, Kata Noi, and Mai Khao.

Apart from the beautiful beaches, Phuket also famous with their nightlife. Phuket’s Nightlife centre is in Patong, Bangla Road, but spreads out throughout the districts. The video was shot at the Patong area, known as the most happening place in Phuket.

???? Phút 03:30: giới thiệu về sim 4G mua tại sân bay. Sim mình mua có giá 299 baht, dung lượng là 7G và thời hạn sử dụng là 8 ngày
???? Phút 05:00 - 30:00: quảng đường đi taxi từ Sân bay Phuket tới khách sạn Rayaburi khu Patong. Mình sử dụng dịch vụ đưa đón tại sân bay của khách sạn Rayaburi. Sau khi book phòng trên Agoda, nhân viên khách sạn sẽ nhắn tin hỏi bạn có sử dụng dịch vụ đưa đón sân bay của họ không. Nếu đồng ý thì giá cho dịch vụ đưa đón 2 chiều là khoảng 1600 baht (tương đương 1 triệu 200k tiền Việt) cho quãng đường di chuyển là 50km (x 2 chiều). Bạn nhắn xác nhận việc sử dụng dịch vụ và thông báo giờ của chuyến bay
???? Từ phút 30:00: review khách sạn Rayaburi tại Patong. Mình có book một phòng gia đình gồm 1 giường đôi và 1 giường đơn, các dịch vụ tiện ích đầy đủ, nước uống đóng chai miễn phí. Giá của phòng này là khoảng 800 VNĐ /ngày

This is one of the better nightclubs in Phuket Town with pretty babes the place is a bit difficult to find it is close to the big Tavorn Hotel and one of the markets. If you want to discover nightlife in Phuket have a look, it's worth it prices are moderate and no entrance fee or cover charge.

Highlights of my trip in Phuket, Thailand.

I didn't expect to have such a great time in Phuket. If you're up for adventures, beaches, night life, food and love being outdoors then this may just be the place for you. The food is delicious, the people are accommodating and it is easy to get from one place to another. Don't forget to try their Disco Tuk Tuk at night! It's a special open-air taxi ride with stereos that play full blast music with lights. I don't know if it's everywhere across Thailand but you can find them around Patong or Karon.
