Buderim Forest Park
Buderim Forest Park is a 45 hectare haven of tranquillity. With its towering trees, meandering tracks and stunning waterfall, this sub-tropical oasis is a paradise for nature lovers. As you set foot in the park you'll hear Mother Nature playing her magic tune. In the distance, the gentle drip of the waterfall, and immediately above you, the birds.
Buderim Falls also known as Serenity Falls, it’s a wonderful place to visit at any time of year, and looks particularly spectacular after rainfall when the waters cascade down the rock face into the waterhole below.
The 600 metre walkway from Lindsay Road will take you on a picturesque forest ramble along the banks of Martins Creek’s cascading waters. It's so peaceful and tranquil out there, you'll feel like you're in a different part of the world, or at least in the hinterland, when you're in the forest.
The Buderim Forest Park land was bought by the local Council to preserve the remnant of ancient forests that covered Australia in warmer and wetter times. It is an area of active revegetation and native birds can be heard, even if they can’t be seen.

Kiedy postawisz stopę w parku, usłyszysz jak Matka Natura gra magiczną melodię. Wodospad Buderim, znany również jako Serenity Falls, jest wspaniałym miejscem do odwiedzenia o każdej porze roku i wygląda szczególnie spektakularnie po opadach deszczu, kiedy woda spływa kaskadą po skale do basenu w którym można pływać w określonych porach roku. 600-metrowy chodnik od Lindsay Road zabierze Cię na malownicze leśne wędrówki wzdłuż brzegów kaskadowych wód Martins Creek.
Jest tam tak spokojnie i cicho, że poczujesz się jak w innej części świata.
Ziemia Parku Buderim została kupiona przez miejscową Radę, aby zachować resztki starożytnych lasów, które pokrywały Australię w cieplejszych i bardziej wilgotnych czasach. Jest to obszar aktywnej odnowy i można usłyszeć miejscowe ptaki, nawet jeśli nie można ich zobaczyć.

We took a road trip from Brisbane, Queensland; to see waterfalls in Buderim Forest and chill at Noosa Heads with our friends from the UK.
The waterfall was a bit underwhelming because of the lack of rain, but it was still a great walk and an enjoyable time!

The Sunshine Coast isn't just about beaches - a quick bush-walk through Buderim forest shows how within a 5 minute drive from Mooloolaba a whole different world appears.

Exploring kid friendly Buderim Forest Park
#visitsunshinecoast Buderim Forest Park is just a 15 minute drive from Mooloolaba Beach and home to the famous Harry's Restaurant. Much of the lower part of the Park is accessible via a wide timber boardwalk so visitors in wheelchairs can experience the lush palm rainforest.
Further on the boardwalk finishes and the path narrows as it follows the bubbling stream. There are a couple of beautiful swimming holes along the way and you're rewarded with small but stunning waterfall near the end of the track.
