????行程：Busselton Jetty - Bunbury Flying School體驗開小飛機 - ????Mosman Park
????一大清早我們又來到長堤走走，白天和晚上的景完全是不同的感覺，很舒服很多的海鷗，半小時一班的小火車，但因為時間的關係沒有搭乘，走在海邊看到外國人戴上蛙鏡直接跳下海開始游，真的超Chill????????????
????Bunbury小鎮的Bunbury Flying School開小飛機✈️這裡是一間可以讓遊客體驗的飛行學校，一進去櫃檯報到後，教練開始介紹如何操控飛機跟一些注意事項，略懂英文的我們還是霧煞煞的開始了我們這趟飛行之旅????
因為方向盤跟教練的是連動的，所以不用太擔心，教練也跟我們說只要專心享受就好，其他的交給他～沿著西澳海岸線往北開，會看到整個Bunbury城鎮，到了安全的高度，教練就會放手讓你開看看，還有一個很酷的招式「Upside Down」意思就是機師會突然關掉引擎，讓飛機掉下去後再打開引擎，就會有一種自由落體的感覺超刺激！我玩了兩次????????????
30分鐘很快的結束，我們也順利的拿到了證書，一個人費用大約是150AUD，一生能有多少機會開飛機？所以我覺得非常值得????????????????
????開完飛機後，沿路就前往Bunbury Farmers Market 農夫市集，裡面應有盡有非常好逛，而且東西也擺設的整齊劃一，有強迫症的人來一定很開心～好希望台灣也能有這樣的超市
????住宿點是在Airbnb訂的Moseman Park莫斯曼公園小鎮住宿????沒有拍到外觀有點可惜，是一間很大的別墅，一對老夫妻居住。廚房的部分真的很浮誇是開放式的超美～屋主人很好也和我們一起喝酒，雖然我們語言有點卡卡但他們不會因為我們是亞洲人就懶得跟我們聊天，反正都有點喝ㄎㄧㄤ了就開始亂聊，由於我們隔天要搭船去羅特尼斯島，屋主還說怎麼不早跟他們說就直接開船載我們去????沒錯！他們家門口直接停了一艘快艇可以隨時出發超⋯⋯但我們已經先買了船票就婉拒了（好可惜????）謝謝這個夜晚，謝謝美好的一天????????❤️

Bunbury Farmers Market - Shareable Sweet Muffins
Fancy cooking something simple for an indulgent breakfast, delicious afternoon tea or homemade dessert - how about these super yummy Banana & Berry Muffins!
Ingredients:
For approx 12 muffins...
3 ripe bananas
1 egg
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup oil
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Method:
Preheat oven to 180c and grease the muffin tin with a little butter. Mash the bananas well in a large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except the berries and mix until combined. Gently fold the berries into the mixture and then spoon into the muffin tin. Bake for around 20 minutes or until the tops are golden.
Serving Suggestion:
Eat them as they are or add some Greek yogurt, a little natural honey, some fresh berries and a little granola for extra yumminess! :o)

If you’ve been shopping at BFM (or following us on Facebook) for a while, you’ve probably noticed that we don't really go in for attention-seeking, traditional advertising campaigns designed to chase new customers, but do you know why?
Among several reasons the principle one is that instead of chasing new customers we prefer to spend more time & effort making the Farmers Market as good as it can be for our existing customers and let word of mouth take care of the rest.
(I realise that might sound a little self-serving but if you’ve been following us for a while, I hope you’ll realise it's not meant that way)
Ours is a simple but very deliberate position - as far as we’re concerned, if you enjoy grocery shopping at the Farmers Market, you’re part of the family!
You support BFM (and our local farmers, growers & producers) so in return we do our best to give you the very best of everything in terms of our produce, our whole foods & our shopping experience - I wanted to show you what that looks like in the form of a quick behind the scenes video.
This is the first in a series of “The Whole (Food) Story” videos we’ve made to show you how we’re using locally sourced, whole food ingredients to make freshly prepared foods right here at the Farmers Market. In this video Kevin (one of the owners at BFM) explains exactly what goes into our Market Made pies to make them taste so good.
