Narrator 1: This is about the sea turtle (Mibil), who is different from the freshwater turtle, he's bigger.
Narrator 2: One day at Mon Repos, the sea turtle came up into the fresh water. He got lost.
Narrator 1: And he realised he came up too far because he saw all the little Aboriginal kids there playing in the water, and their parents were there too.
Narrator 2: The turtle looked around, because he was in the wrong place. He turned around to go back. While he was turning a child jumped on his back!
Narrator 1: But the turtle kept going to the saltwater and out to the sea.
Narrator 2: This is a story about Mon Repos and why the turtles come back - and this is why: because the Mibil comes home to see his people every year.
