Bundaberg
Bundaberg is a city in Queensland, Australia. It is part of the local government area of the Bundaberg Region and is a major centre within Queensland's broader Wide Bay-Burnett geographical region. The city is on the Burnett River, approximately 385 kilometres north of the state capital, Brisbane, and 15 kilometres inland from the coast. The local Aboriginal group is the Kalki people.
The first Europeans in the area were timbergetters and co-founders of Bundaberg, John and Gavin Steuart who arrived in 1867. The town was surveyed in 1870. By 1881 it was gazetted as a municipality (the Borough of Bundaberg). It grew rapidly into a town by 1902 and a city by 1913.

When in Rome! Neither of us had had a drink of Bundy in about 15-years, but hey, when you're in Bundaberg you can't not come to this Australian icon.
They have done an amazing job of making this a tourist destination, one that's enjoyable even if you're not a die-hard fan of their products... even the kids loved visiting this place!
So, we thought we'd better have a bundy-and-coke while we're here.
The verdict?
PRETTY GOOD!
It reminded me that the reason I haven't had any is that I may have had one or two too many back in the day, not because it didn't have a unique taste.
Will I have it again?
Most likely.
