STORYLINE:
As an advance team of United Nations weapons inspectors prepare to head to Baghdad, Iraq's state-run media on Friday criticised the UN resolution that strengthens the mandate of the inspectors.
Al-Thawra, the organ of the ruling Baath party, said in a front-page editorial that the resolution was ill-intentioned and unjust.
Meanwhile, on the streets of Baghdad, people on Friday expressed support for their government's acceptance of the UN resolution.
One man said he was optimistic about the return of the inspectors.
However, the threat of war looms over the country. And during Friday prayers in one mosque in Baghdad, the Iman said the country could withstand an attack.
Iraq informed the United Nations on Wednesday that it would allow inspectors to resume the search for weapons of mass destruction, which was suspended in 1998.
The resolution warns Iraq of serious consequences if it obstructs the disarmament process - and the United States and Britain have said they will attack Iraq if it breaches the resolution.

STORYLINE :
Relatives and friends of Shiite Muslims killed in a deadly mosque attack buried their dead on Saturday, carrying coffins through the streets of several Baghdad neighbourhoods, chanting religious rites and beating their heads and chests.
At least 79 people were killed and more than 160 wounded in Friday''s attack by suicide bombers who blasted worshippers as they left the Buratha mosque in northern Baghdad.
Several hours earlier, the Interior Ministry warned the public to avoid crowds near mosques and markets because of a car bomb threat.
At the Sadr City procession, children held each other and cried, screaming out Oh, father!
Daylight revealed the impact of the blast on the structure of the mosque and of buildings surrounding it.
We condemn all the criminal acts which are made by the hands of terrorists who do not discriminate between the young, the old between Muslims and non-Muslims, said one mourner in the Sadr City neighbourhood.
Friday''s attack was the second in two days against a Shiite religious site.
On Thursday, a car bomb exploded about 300 metres from the Imam Ali mosque in Najaf, killing 10 people.
Najaf, 100 miles (160 kilometre''s) south of Baghdad, is the most sacred city in Iraq for Shiite Muslims.
On Saturday, mourners carried coffins of those killed in the blast through the city''s streets.
No group has claimed responsibility for either attack, although suspicion has fallen on Sunni extremists responsible for numerous bombings against Shiite civilians.

Visiting The Great Mosque of Samarra in Iraq and travel the death road.
The 120km from Baghdad north to the holy Shia city Samarra along the highway also known as the “death road” (not to be mistaken by the Highway of Death in Southern Iraq) by American soldiers after the 2003 invasion due to all the IEDs which was laced along the road.
In 2014 ISIS captured this area of Iraq, and the held it up to only a few years back, so there´s no surprise that´s there more than 50 checkpoints put up along the highway. Some often only a few hundred meters between.

STORYLINE:
A suicide bomber struck a Shiite mosque during Friday prayers in Baghdad, killing at least 10 people and wounding 20, as violence persisted in the capital despite a massive security operation aimed at restoring order.
Police said the attacker blew himself up at the Buratha mosque in northern Baghdad.
They said the bomber was wearing an explosives belt, but Jalal Eddin al-Sagheer, the Imam at the mosque and one of the country's leading politicians, said the explosives were inside a worshippers shoes.
Al-Sagheer said the explosives were inside a worshipper's shoes, and said the bomber blew himself up when confronted by the guards as they began searching worshippers with shoes beside them inside the mosque.
One man who witnessed the incident said the bomber blew himself up after a security guard saw him stand up and then approached him.
It is the second time the mosque has been bombed in just over two months.
The Buratha mosque also was attacked during Friday prayers on April 7, when four suicide bombers, including a woman, set off their explosives, killing at least 85 worshippers as they left the mosque after the main weekly religious service.
The US military blamed the April attack on Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the al-Qaida in Iraq leader who was killed last week in a US airstrike.
The al-Qaida group issued a statement on Tuesday vowing to avenge al-Zarqawi's death and threatening horrific attacks in the coming days.
Al-Sagheer, a member of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's United Iraqi Alliance, said that al-Qaida in Iraq had threatened to kill him in an internet posting earlier in the week.
The attack came despite a massive security operation in the capital aimed at restoring order, including a vehicle ban during Friday prayers to prevent suicide car bomb attacks.
The streets of Baghdad were largely empty of cars due to a four-hour driving ban supposed to prevent violence during traditional Islamic prayers held every Friday.
Earlier Iraqi authorities launched a massive security operation that included 75,000 troops fanning out on the streets of Baghdad, an extended curfew from 8.30 pm (1630 GMT) until dawn, and a weapons ban.
The violence came a day after Iraqi National Security Adviser Mouwafak al-Rubaie announced that valuable information had been seized in raids and declared that al-Zarqawi's death was the beginning of the end of al-Qaida in Iraq.

Osama Bin Laden's Behavior During The Raid
New details have emerged on Osama's behavior during the raid. It is being described as cowardly as he threw his young wife at the infidels and tried to hide.
Moral arguments can be made whether he should have been captured alive and stood trial for his crimes against humanity or was it more dangerous having him alive, as this threatened people's security around the world? I am no expert, but I think the latter is true.
