BURDEKIN DAM - PUBLIC VIDEO - 9th Feb 2019
Hi All,
OCC took a trip to the mighty Burdekin Dam to check out the flooding. The dam was spilling over about 6m above the spillway at the time which makes it one of the top three floods since the dam was built.

Lynch’s beach or Alva beach as it is traditionally known as, is located at the township of Alva, approximately 17 kilometres from Ayr, Queensland, Australia. The 17km drive from Ayr to Alva passes several wetland sites with abundant birdlife. An excellent area for fishing, bird watching, fauna, swimming and sailboarding.
