Burlington Canal Lift Bridge is a vertical lift bridge located to the north side of the Burlington Bay James N. Allan Skyway in Burlington, Ontario. Built in 1962, the 116-meter-long bridge is the sixth bridge to span the Burlington Canal since 1830
The Burlington Bay James N. Allan Skyway, originally called the Burlington Bay Skyway and simply known as the Burlington Skyway, is a pair of high-level freeway bridges spanning the Burlington Bay Canal.
Brant Street Pier is a signature destination and attraction located in Spencer Smith Park at the Waterfront at Downtown Burlington. It extends 137 metres over Lake Ontario that provides views of the lake and Burlington's shoreline.

Burlington to Niagara Falls - Rural Ontario Bike Tour - Day 1 of 9
This video summarizes day 1 of my 9 day solo bicycle trip through South-Western Ontario, Canada. All of the clips in the video were filmed on Saturday, May 19, 2018.
Starting in Downtown Toronto I rode to Union Station where I then caught a GO Train to Burlington. From there I joined the Waterfront Trail and followed in through Hamilton and Grimsby before heading south to pass through the Niagara Region's farmland. I then passed through Lincoln, Vineland, and Jordan, before reaching the City of St Catherines. I climbed up the Niagara Escarpment through the City of Thorold, and passed under the Welland Canal via the Thorold Tunnel which I really enjoyed! From there I followed country roads until I reach the Niagara Falls KOA on Lundys Lane which was my campground for the night.

The bike I used for this trip is a New York made Linear Recumbent Bike which I believe is from around 2004. I carried my gear in 2 Giant Waterproof Panniers, and mounted my tent and sleeping pad on the top of the rack.

Underground Falls, Located in both Hamilton & Burlington, Canada
Undergroud Falls is located on the Niagara Escarpment (also called Giant's Rib) west of King Road in Hamilton/Burlington and just south of The Bruce Trail.
A stream at the top of the escarpment crosses The Bruce Trail enroute to the edge of the escarpment, however about 5m before the escarpment edge, all the water in the stream disappears into the rock. From there it flows underground down the escarpment only to emerge at numerous locations about 25m below the top of the escarpment. From this point onwards, all the water eventually joins together again to form one stream at the bottom of the escarpment.
Note that the top of this waterfall is located in the Waterdown section of Hamilton and the bottom is located in Burlington. The boundary line between the two cities runs roughly along the top edge of the escarpment.
