Treasures Found in Small Town Texas
The Treasures we Found Exploring a Small Town in Texas called Wellington, were far more then we ever expected. #NomadFest was our first RV Rally. It took place in Wellington, TX and was centered around the RV Nomads Movie Premier yet we found so much more.
The town is a beautiful, old, authentic small Texas town with it's historic brick roads and buildings and wonderfully kind people to go with it. We learned about the Peanut Processing Plant from a couple of life long local ladies and were wowed by the Cotton industry. We even toured a Cotton Gin.
The RV Nomads Movie Premier was so fun to see and then of course we had the opportunity to meet the stars and creators, #MortonsontheMove #1stClassRVAdventures #Drivin'andVibin' #CampAddict #OutsideisCalling #ExploringtheLocalLife #RVLove #Hebard'sTravels and #AudreyCallahan as well as many other wonderful people.
Even though Nomadfest will not happen again it was a wonderful gathering for our first. The friends we made will last as long as we maintain them. Many of the relationships we continue online, by subscribing to our new friends channels and blogs, and some of them we have managed to see again in person but the rally was a wonderful way to meet new people and maintain a sense of community while we are off on Adventures in our RV Sometimer Lifestyle.
