The only underwater observatory tower in Okinawa island, It is located 170 meters away from the shore near Busena Cape. This underwater observatory tower allows you to view 360 degrees of coral reef with all the colorful coral fish swimming around at 5 meters depth.

Japan Travel Okinawa 沖縄 Trip Day 2 Part II Busena Marine Park
We continue our Okinawa adventure. In this episode we visited Busena Marine Park near Nago city. We went to underwater observatory to watch tropical, coral reef fishes in their natural habitat. Later, we took a ride on a glass bottomed boat to see even more fishes and other marine creatures. It was great and very educational :) At the sunset time we walked back towards our hotel area, admiring local flora on our way - so many flowers. We finished the day at the local izakaya with an accompaniment of live Okinawan music. Could it be any better? ;)
