Butterfly Museum at Bhimtal
Ram Dutt Tripathi ji had an interesting conversation with Mr. Frederick, who is a passionate butterfly lover and was known as Butterfly man of India. In this conversation, he told how his father pursued his passion of collecting butterflies and thereafter he continued collecting butterfly specimens. He expressed serious concerns over deforestation and rising air pollution due to which many of the species of butterfly are not visible now. The pictures shown in this video are of the museum which is created and nicely maintained by his brother Peter Smetacek.
