[Taipei] Located in the heart of Taipei’s posh Xinyi district, Commune A7 is a hipster outdoor food market with stalls located within shipping containers or trucks.
There are about 30 food containers and trucks, with some lifestyle pop up stores.

The market popped up in December 2016 at the torn down site of the former headquarters of Chinatrust Financial Holding Company (中國信託). Commune A7 is expected to stay open until the end of 2017 when the construction of a new building is set to begin.
Chinatrust sold its old office building to Green Heaven Investments Limited (BVI) and Sho-he Development Company (SH, 碩河開發) for approximately NT$15.1 billion in Oct. 2015. China's Continental Holdings Corporation (欣陸控股公司) is the parent company of SH and Green Heaven Investments Limited (BVI)

【FBSTV】- 挑戰台北最高房價 雙品牌高端飯店將現身台北！
位於北市信義計畫區的貨櫃市集「COMMUNE A7」，將於1月28日熄燈，未來將打造45層樓高的「Taipei Sky Tower」(簡稱TST)， 同時引進凱悅酒店集團旗下的柏悅（Park Hyatt）與安達仕（Andaz）雙品牌，將成為全球首座的雙品牌飯店，預計2020年底完工。碩河開發董事長詹偉立指出，目前房價未定，但會以挑戰北市最高房價為目標。
碩河開發是由外資私募基金子樂投資與大陸建設共同管理，回顧歷史，子樂投資在2015年10月以151億元標下信義A7土地，並將原中信金松壽總部拆除重建，宣布將打造一棟國際複合式地標建築「Taipei Sky Tower」。
而在大樓興建前，碩河開發在2016年12月以都市社區空間為理念，打造貨櫃市集「COMMUNE A7」，引入各國及本土餐飲品牌，在這短短的一年時間，也成為台北一大新興景點。
TST樓高280米，樓地板面積約2.7萬坪，預計興建地上45層、地下6層建築，將是台北市第2高樓，不但是全球首座有2個國際品牌飯店進駐的複合式大樓，也是繼上海、東京後，同時擁有柏悅與安達仕2大品牌的城市。
詹偉立指出，TST預計春節後即可拿到建照動工，總投資金額至少300億元，柏悅酒店客房數約在200間以內，安達仕酒店則約300間左右，將朝北市最高房價做調整。
談到台灣飯店市場，他說，信義區飯店住房率都維持在8成左右，房價也相當穩定，而去年來台旅客旅雖破千萬人次，但比起鄰近的香港超過5000萬人次，仍有很大的成長空間，TST加入後可望吸引高端客來台，進一步帶動國內觀光產業。
