At the Community Skills Development Foundation (COSDEF) in Swakopmund, Stephanie Watson (CED Group 41) wears many hats. One of her many projects is mentoring a start-up business within the COSDEF incubation center. This leather-work business was started by previous trainees Saara and Rakkel.
