A few good close friends head to Batam, Indonesia for cable ski session. All noob, and ready to be victims of faceplants and bodyslams. Hahahh..it was tough at first, but once u get hold of it, get stoked and never wanna give up :)
Body aches all over after a whole day of play. But like they say, no pain no gain!!

What to do in Indonesia - Wakeboard Park in Batam - Filipino Travels to Batam
Batam Indonesia is just an hour ferry ride from Singapore. If you really want to spend a day or two away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it wont make you spend a lot going to Batam from Singapore or Philippines or any part of the Asia; there a couple of things to do in Batam Indonesia.
You can definitely enjoy a day there shopping as most, if not all, of the items there are very cheap. The food variety also in Batam Indonesia is so diverse; I think most of the Asian countries do have a very wide range of food choices.
And of course, for outdoorsy people, Wakeboarding in Batam is also one of the thins that you should not miss out.

Cable Skiing in Batam Indonesia
I took a trip to Batam to do some cable skiing organized by Blue Reef. I thought it'd be easy cos I've done winter skiing - but the cable skiing is really hard and I didn't manage to get the hang of it.
Nonetheless, it was a pleasant trip. Nice ferry ride to Batam. First time I've been there; in some ways, it looks a lot like Singapore. Made a few friends.
