UNA TARTA LLAMADA 'LA MEJOR TARTA DE CHOCOLATE DEL MUNDO'

Nos vamos de ruta por Madrid para probar la que dicen es la mejor tarta de chocolate del mundo. La sirven en una pequeña cafetería y es de origen portugués: el Bolo de Chocolate de Carlos Braz Lopes. Luego, en mi cocina, la vamos a intentar reproducir, Es una tarta muy rica y fácil de hacer, bastante diferente a las tartas habituales. Su aspecto tan rústico me encanta. No sé si será la mejor, lo que es seguro es que a los fans del chocolate les va a encantar.

INGREDIENTES Y RECETA ESCRITA:


325 g de chocolate negro
325 g de nata para montar (crema para batir)
2 cucharadas de azúcar glas
3 claras de huevo
20 g de mantequilla

Para el merengue:
8 claras de huevo
200 g de azúcar glas
40 g de cacao en polvo
1 cucharada de postre de maicena

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Os dejo el recorrido de la ruta día 20 de Mayo para quien quiera echar un ojo y apuntarse. Decidme por privado si os esperamos y en que punto: ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Este fin de semana pasado se ha celebrado el primer mercadillo de motos clásicas de Alcalá de Henares. Decidí ir a echar un ojo a las motos que había para comprender mejor que tenemos hoy en día y aprovecho para dar mi opinión acerca de esos yerros y la gente que los tiene en sus garajes.
