This is part-4 of my Mussoorie vlog. This one features Camel's back road, Mussoorie. Its a beautiful long stretch behind the mall road from one end of mall road to the other end. It overlooks dense forests and the scenic view is breathtaking. There are some interesting places on this road like the cemetery nestled in the forests, the Nirankari ashram, bhavan and canteen. Further ahead is Hawa mahal.

Camel Back Road in Mussoorie-Uttarakhand

True to its name, this road is a stretch of 4 km and is a natural layout of rocks shaped like the camel's hump back. The Camel's Back road originates from Library point and leads straight to the Kulri Bazaar, and is visible from the Mussoorie Public School.

In this vlog I am going to visit Hawa Mahal, which is located on Camel back road in Mussoorie. Hawa mahal is not a mahal actually. It is a view point. You can see a Irish structure there, which is 170 years old made by British people. I use Nikon P1000 camera to shoot this video. It is a great camera for zoom purpose.

A road in mussoorie which is named as camel back road due to the presence of natural layout of rocks shaped like a camels hump at the end of road . This road is about 3km long located in the heart of Mussoorie and it is one of the most popular attractions of this spectacular hill station.

During our last trip to Mussoorie we had a great time. Wandering about in the roads there was one of the best experiences of this Mussoorie Trip. The Mussorie town is a very beautiful place for spending your weekend. This is hotel Deep, the Mussoorie hotel we stayed in during our tour of Mussoorie. It is one of the good Mussoorie hotels.

The Famous Camel Back Road and the Camel Rock in Mussoorie

During our trip to Mussoorie, a walk up the Camel Back Road there, took us to the famous Camel Rock in Mussoorie. Watching the Camel Rock on Camel Back Road Mussoorie was one of the best experiences we had during our Mussoorie trip. Here you see the famous camel rock after which the road is named Camel back Road. It was with the help of Mr. Singh (Sunder Singh or Ranbir Singh, I cannot remember his name for sure and am very sorry for that) whom you can see in the video that we were able to see and record a video of this beautiful rock shaped just like a camel perched high up in the hill. He showed us many other interesting points with his telescope.

The Camel Rock & Camel's Back Road, Mussoorie

On the Camel's Back Road in Mussoorie there are spots from where you can see, of course with the help of a binocular which is available for use with some guides there, the famous Camel rock. The Camel Rock looks almost like a camel with a huge hump on its back sitting careless of the fact that others are staring at it.
