Cebu To Camiguin Island, there was a typhoon passing to the north of the Philippines making for high winds in general for most of the country.
Rough landing in difficult conditions executed superbly by our skilled pilot much to the relief of all passengers. It made this landing a memorable one.

Camiguin Island Paradise, Philippines
A favourite old video of a favourite holiday destination that I found on an old disc. Do not rely on in for up to date info on Camiguin. Camiguin is a volcanic island between Mindanao and Bohol in the Philippines. It can be reached by boat from Bohol or Mindanao or you can fly there from the Mactan Cebu International Airport with Cebu Pacific Airlines. You would not travel there for the beaches as the sand is black. But it does have a nearby white sand bar called white island. You go there for the waterfalls, volcano trekking, hot springs and cold springs.. There is also a sunken cemetery. It would be an ideal destination for back packers as you can get accommodation on the island in a fan cooled room starting at about P300 (about usd $7) per night.
