I'm converting a 40ft bus into a motor-home for full time occupancy and travel.
I plan on exploring Canada, coast to coast during the summer and seeking the warmer weather in the United States during the winter months.
2017 Ottawa 7-Minute Stretch at ABA - Canadian Museum of Nature | Ottawa Tourism
For the 2nd year, Ottawa greeted the delegates at the ABA Marketplace every morning and afternoon with the Ottawa 7-minute stretch. Before each round of appointments, delegates were invigorated with lively dance warm routines and a cooldown stretch. The 6 videos, shown on 4 giant screens, gave short talks about Ottawa and then showed Ottawa through these creative workouts to popular tunes. Delegates were following along the stretches in the isles of the appointments. Ottawa also had a booth in the Canada section on the floor, with Ottawa Tourism staff and 6 members showcasing Canada's Capital.
