Tannum Blue is an Economic Development Queensland project. V2i were commissioned to communicate the vision for a coastal community close to modern conveniences, easy access to high speed internet and telephone and also close to nature.

Drawing inspiration from the Foreshore and Boyne River, Tannum Blue celebrates fresh coastal living in one of Queensland's most desirable locations. Once complete this residential community will play host to more than 2,000 residents. With extensive parkland, green corridors and walking trails leading to the river, Tannum Blue has been designed to raise the benchmark in healthy living.

With the main entrance located on the corner of Dahl and Tannum Sands Roads, Tannum Blue is ideally positioned close to local schools (including Tannum Sands State High School), local shopping and amenities. Adding to this are the lifestyle benefits of living near the coast and Boyne River with fishing, boating and canoeing facilities all within a stone's throw of the community.
