Eastern Cyprus has always been acknowledged as having the best beaches, the most inviting waters. Cape Greco offers one of the best views on Cyprus. We spend 4 days in Ayia Napa and visiting it was definitely the highlight of the trip. There are many caves along the coastline from Ayia Napa to Cape Greko National Park. Many people come here to snorkel and the locals come here before the crack of dawn to fish.

Cape Greco, also known as Capo Greco (Italian for Greek cape; Greek: Κάβο Γκρέκο), is a headland in the southeastern part of the island of Cyprus. It is at the southern end of Famagusta Bay and forms part of Ayia Napa Municipality. It is the de facto easternmost point of both the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union (Rizokarpaso is further east but under the control of Northern Cyprus).
It lies between the towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras, both tourist resorts. It is visited by tourists for its natural environment, and is a protected nature park.
According to local legend, it is also the home of the 'Ayia Napa sea monster.
Cape Greco is a National Forest Park is under the administration of the Forestry Department of the Cyprus Ministry of the Interior.
