Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park is located on the northern side of the Tennessee State Capitol in downtown Nashville. And on the northern end of the park is the 95-bell carillon. The carillon represents Tennessee’s musical heritage and the citizens of Tennessee’s 95 counties. At the top of the hour, every hour, they play Tennessee-themed songs. The 96th bell, located on the grounds of the State Capitol, rings in answer to the 95 bells, to symbolize government answering to the people

Me and my girlfriend, Brittany decided that while already in Nashville for my appointment at Vanderbilt, we would stop by the Farmers Market in downtown Nashville. Connected to the Farmers market is the Bicentennial park, in front of the capitol building. It is a very beautiful park.

Visiting the Pioneer Village at Caesar Creek State Park in Ohio
We spent the day at the Pioneer Village in Caeser Creek State Park. It was as if we took a step back in time! We met Benjamine Franklin, who Shawna seemed to be obsessed with, and more wonderful people and animals.
