The City of Anderson invites you to see the Holiday Light Show at Carolina Wren Park. The park is located in Downtown at 111 E. Whitner Street. Downtown Anderson is the brightest part of the Electric City! Travel down Main Street and enjoy the beautiful Christmas lights and stop by Wren Park to see the City's beautiful greenspace and water features.
2013 Schedule:
Sunday -- Thursday
Water Wall with lights -- 5:30 p.m. -- 10:00 p.m.
Spray Pad Jets with lights -- 30 minute run on the hour starting at 6:00 p.m. Last show begins at 9:00 p.m.
Friday -- Saturday
Water Wall -- 5:30 p.m. -- 11:00 p.m.

Anderson, South Carolina
Anderson is a city in and the county seat of Anderson County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 26,686 at the 2010 census, and the city was the center of an urbanized area of 75,702. It is one of the principal cities in the Greenville-Mauldin-Anderson Metropolitan Statistical Area, contiguous with Anderson County, which had a population of 187,126 at the 2010 census. It is further included in the larger Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina Combined Statistical Area, with a total population of 1,266,995, at the 2010 census. Anderson is just off Interstate 85 and is 120 miles (190 km) from Atlanta and 140 miles (230 km) from Charlotte.
Anderson is the smallest of the three primary cities that makes up the Upstate region and is nicknamed The Electric City and The Friendliest City in South Carolina. Anderson's spirit and quality of life have earned national recognition as Anderson County was named an All-America City in 2000.

The City of Anderson is located in the northwest corner of the state of South Carolina on the Piedmont Plateau. It is the county seat located in the geographical center of the county and principal city in Anderson County. The City is ideally located on the busy Interstate 85 corridor, to which much of its economic growth can be attributed. The City lies on the southern border of Interstate 85 and is approximately 127 miles north of Atlanta, Georgia and 132 miles south of Charlotte, North Carolina.
