据知，不管是鱼粥或鱼头湯，陈老板专订淡水的巴丁鱼，鱼肉新鲜很弹口，鱼油肥厚，又无细骨。
时下人们所追求的飮食，已不再只是满足口腹之欲，更强调古早味的口感，既然不可能回到古早知代，只能寄托于具有古早味的食品，在品赏美食之余，更能 回味无穷。

Sarawak Inter Cultural 9th Mooncake festival at the Carpenter Street Kuching
I went to this yearly event, the lantern festive at Carpenter Street last week. With just a blink of an eye, this year marks the 9th mooncake festival. I've been visiting this place almost every year, and it brings a lot of joy and memory. The foods are delicious, and the number of stalls has been greater.
