(though i recommend coming at around 9:30AM - 10AM)
Cost: Free Entry (yay for free sydney attractions!)
In this episode I decided to do a weekend activity that i haven't done in a long while - visit one of Sydney's most popular farmers market; the Carriageworks Farmers Market.
The weekly Carriageworks Farmers Market is a Sydney institution, providing the freshest seasonal produce from the best growers and producers from around NSW.
At the Carriageworks Farmers Market you can talk to the farmer firsthand and learn the stories behind your food. Find organic and biodynamic produce, artisan breads, boutique wines, single origin coffee, herbal teas, meat, eggs, freshly harvested honey and freshly cut flowers.

3) Toasted Crumpet with Pepe Saya butter & Organic Honey
4) Flour & Stone - Panna Cotta Lamington
5) Kombucha

Carriageworks Farmers Market Sydney NSW
If your love Farmers Markets this one is at small to medium scale but has a great variety of Fresh Produce and Locally Produced Products. Anything from fruit and Veg, Cheeses, Honey, Bread, Grassfed Meats, Free-range poultry, Chocolates, Cakes to name a few. There are ATMs available towards the back of the Barn if you forgot to grab some cash. Coffee Vendors... I'm someone who loves to sip on my coffee while I browse. Great atmosphere and an awesome opportunity to speak direct to the Producers. Will definitely visit again!!

Night Market in Sydney - Lots of FOOD, Lots of QUEUE !!

Great night market, shame the queue is just too damn long.
They aren’t cheap but not super expensive either..
Few tips:
Multi queue different stalls with your friends in so you wait less and eat more.
Share your dishes so it ends up cheaper
And have fun!

V!O L212 Official Australian Launch and Training – Carriageworks, Sydney 2019
Tuesday 16th July saw NAS Solutions’ Australian launch of dBTechnologies’ flagship L212 line array. Among the A List crowd at the Carriageworks venue in Sydney’s inner west were production company operators, freelance FOH engineers, and various other delegates from the touring and rental world.
Marco Cantalu and Manuele Poli from dBTechnologies were back in town to sing the praises of their company’s products and vision. As demonstrated at the APAC launch in Bali last September, dBTechnologies has worked tirelessly to create an extremely capable line array system that pitches a premium offering to a market hungry for performance and value. The V!O L212 offers impressive bang for buck. Every box is laden with digital technology, intuitive monitoring and control software, and handy features such as NFC to aid with speaker positioning, to name a few. As Marco says, “the transducer is just about the only analogue thing in it.”

I removed my wisdom tooth a few days ago so I wasn't able to talk much so there is not much explanation in the video!

The farmers market is open every Saturday from 8am in Eveleigh (near Redfern) And you can find so many interesting local produce and meet the growers as well.
이 파머스 마켓은 토요일마다 오전 8시부터 열어요. 여러 신기하고 좋은 로컬 시품과 농부분들을 직접 만날 수 있어서 참 좋은거 같아요.
I love supporting local farmers and love knowing what I am getting for the week ahead.
저는 지역 농부분들을 서포트해주고 일주일 동안 먹을 저의 음식이 어디에서 어떻게 길러졌는지을 아는 게 참 중요하다고 생각해요.
What a nice way to enjoy the weekend and fill your fridge and cabinet with good stuff!
