A couple of friends and I went to Cascades Mountain Bike Park in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa to practice for an enduro race the next day.
Cascades Downhill National Round 3: 2017
Round 3 of the downhill national series was held at Cascades mtb park. This is a quick vid of the weekend and what the track was like, hope you enjoy.
Pity I ran out of memory just as i hit the last jump, but now i know for next time to make sure i have plenty memory before filming. Always learn from your mistakes.

2016 SA MTB Champs XCO Course Preview
Straight off the plane from the Lenzerheide World Cup, Mariske Strauss and Cherie Redecker of OMX Pro Bike Team have been hard at work training on the SA National MTB Champs XCO track at Cascades MTB Park in Pietermaritzburg. A brand new downhill track has been build at Cascades MTB Park in Pietermaritzburg for the 2016 South African National Mountain Bike Championships this weekend. Watch local downhill shredders Jonathan and Christopher Philogene from the 2Bro's Downhill Racing Team show us down the track.

Was an epic time riding at cascades downhill track in Pietermaritzberg South Africa! Jed and myself were doing some training for this upcoming season of racing. In the few days we were training i managed to get 2 flats in my rear tire, i also managed to break one spoke and completely destroy my hanger and derailleur! and finally i also managed to take a chunk out of my arm but unfortunately it was not filmed! some sketchy moments and very close calls with the delight of finding a stray dog whilst carrying a Ukulele in my backpack!
