Climatic City of Santo Antonio do Pinhal

A few miles away from Campos de Jordão, Santo Antônio do Pinhal is a lot more tranquil and features the typical mountainous landscapes of Serra da Mantiqueira. The city is home to Pico Agudo mountain, one of the best places for hang gliding in São Paulo state.
For those who like to hike about, visiting Nossa Senhora belvedere and Morro do Cruzeiro mountain are good options. Later on, travelers can freshen up at Cassununga and Lageado waterfalls.
The city is also known for its medicinal water springs, such as Fonte Santo Antônio (radioactive water), a Fonte Santo Estevam (ferruginous water) and Fonte São Geraldo (magnesium).
