Currency
Britain’s currency is the pound sterling (£), which is divided into 100 pence (p).
Scotland has its own pound sterling notes. These represent the same value as an English note and can be used elsewhere in Britain. The Scottish £1 note is not accepted outside Scotland.
There are lots of bureaux de change in Britain – often located inside:
• banks
• travel agents
• Post Offices
• airports
• major train stations.
It's worth shopping around to get the best deal and remember to ask how much commission is charged.

Passport And Visas Requirements To Enter The UK
Please note: Following the recent referendum vote for the UK to leave the European Union (EU), there are currently no changes in the way people travel to Britain. The following guidelines still apply:
If you're planning an adventure to the UK, depending on your nationality and your reason for visiting, you may need to organise a visa.
If you're an American, Canadian or Australian tourist, you'll be able to travel visa-free throughout the UK, providing you have a valid passport and your reason for visiting meets the immigration rules (link is external).
Citizens from some South American and Caribbean countries as well as Japan are also able to travel visa-free around the UK.
European Union citizens, non-EU member states of the EEA (Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland), Switzerland, and members of the Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) do not need a visa to enter the UK.
If you have any further visa questions visit the official UK government website.

Sadly I believe as of 2018 this is now closed which is a shame.
A look at the Wheatcroft military war section of the Donington Park Grand Prix collection in the Museum. Some amazing war antiques in this museum that I've managed to capture.
Camera is on a hat mount thus why it's a little wobbly. i did it so I could take pictures as well.

Donington Museum - Grand Prix Collection of Tom Wheatcroft
Donington Museum. A tour along the Grand Prix Collection of Tom Wheatcroft. Unfortunately, this great museum will close after November 4, 2018.
You find a huge collection of Formula 1 cars, motorcycles and WWII vehicles in the Donington Museum. They're collected by the late Tom Wheatcroft, who founded the museum.
In the museum is also a tribute to F1 driver Roger Williamson, who sadly died during the 1973 Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort.
Also a lot of Williams and McLaren F1 cars, among which the 1993 McLaren Ford with which Ayrton Senna won the European Grand Prix at Donington Park. It was the only Formula 1 race at the Donington Circuit, and it would became a legendary rain race.
In the summer of 2018 I made a Circuit Tour through England. One of the circuits I visited was Donington Park, the oldest operational circuit in the UK.
Before I went to the circuit I visited the Donington Museum with the Grand Prix Collection of Tom Wheatcroft in the morning. Unfortunately I heard later in 2018 that the Donington Museum will close forever. So I'm happy I visited and filmed it.

Derby is an English city on the banks of the River Derwent in Derbyshire. The Derby Silk Mill museum of industry lies in the Derwent Valley. West of the river are the Derby Museum and Art Gallery, home to Joseph Wright paintings, and Gothic Derby Cathedral. Southeast along the river, Derby County Football Club plays at the iPro Stadium. In the northwest, Markeaton Park offers a craft village and a boating lake.
Derby is a city and unitary authority area in Derbyshire, England. Derby lies on the banks of the River Derwent in the south of Derbyshire, of which it was traditionally the county town.
Derby was settled by Romans – who established the town of Derventio – Saxons and Vikings, who made Derby one of the Five Boroughs of the Danelaw. Initially a market town, Derby grew rapidly in the industrial era. Home to Lombe's Mill, an early British factory, Derby has a claim to be one of the birthplaces of the Industrial Revolution. It contains the southern part of the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site. With the arrival of the railways in the 19th century, Derby became a centre of the British rail industry.
Derby is a centre for advanced transport manufacturing, home to the world’s second largest aero-engine manufacturer, Rolls-Royce, and Derby Litchurch Lane Works, for many years the UK's only train manufacturer. Toyota Manufacturing UK's automobile headquarters is south west of the city at Burnaston.

Donnington Castle
#Donnington Castle was built in the 14th century by Sir Richard Abberbury. It was badly damaged during the English Civil War and was demolished in the 17th century but the twin-towered gatehouse was left standing.
