Scrambling The Grimface - Cathedral Provincial Park, BC
Cathedral Provincial Park is located between the dense, wet forests of the Cascade Mountains and the desert-like Okanagan Valley. It's an incredibly beautiful and easily accessible high alpine hiking paradise, with a spiders web of unique and challenging trails.
The most popular of which is The Grimface, the highest point in the park and a crude, toothy escarpment of grippy rocky. While not technically a challenging scramble, the approach combined with the ridge line features such as Smokey the Bear and Giant Cleft make for a very worthwhile side trip along the way.

Hiking & Camping in Cathedral Lakes Provincial Park in British Columbia (2018)
What the world needs is hope and healing one step at a time.
Spent 3 days with friends in the majestic Cascade Mountains hiking on rim trails and crossing glaciers. It's not for the faint of heart! If you enjoy lakes and alpine meadows this is the place for you! Filmed in 4K. And just like the trails here are so well marked with cairns, so the pathway of our life is well marked when you read the Bible. God will guide us!!
