The Cathedral of the Holy Trinity is the cathedral for the Church of England Diocese of Gibraltar in Europe.Located in Cathedral Square, it is sometimes referred to simply as Gibraltar Cathedral, although it should not be confused with the Cathedral of St.Mary the Crowned, which is Gibraltar's Roman Catholic cathedral.The cathedral is particularly notable for its Moorish revival architecture, particularly in its use of horseshoe arches.

La Catedral de la Santísima Trinidad (en inglés: Cathedral of the Holy Trinity) es la catedral de la Diócesis de Gibraltar de la Iglesia anglicana en Europa. Situada en Plaza de la Catedral , a veces es conocida simplemente como Catedral de Gibraltar, a pesar de que no se debe confundir con la Catedral de Santa María la Coronada, que es la catedral católica de Gibraltar. La catedral es particularmente notable por su arquitectura del renacimiento árabe , sobre todo en el uso de arcos de herradura . Este es un estilo arquitectónico inspirado en la arquitectura morisca , apropiada dado el período de control musulmán en la historia de Gibraltar.
La iglesia fue construida originalmente para satisfacer las necesidades de los fieles anglicanos entre la población civil, de Gibraltar, ya que la Capilla del Rey estaba reservada principalmente para uso militar. John Pitt , Conde de Chatham , que había llegado como Gobernador de Gibraltar en 1820 , convenció al Gobierno británico para vender un edificio abandonado y utilizar el dinero para construir una iglesia en esa tierra.
Se comenzó a construir en 1825 y la estructura fue terminada en 1832.

RC Bishop of Gibraltar increases complement of priests in the Diocese - 05.06.17
The Roman Catholic Bishop of Gibraltar, Monsignor Carmel Zammit, has increased the complement of priests in the Diocese and reassigned several parish priests, in what he describes as changes meant to bring about “new challenges and opportunities”.
Cathedral Administrator, Monsignor Paul Bear will move from the Cathedral of St Mary the Crowned to St Joseph’s Church: with the Parish Priest there, Father Michael Bonifacio, to administer to the sick and elderly. Father Mario Tong, of Malta, will become the parish priest and administrator of the Cathedral. Monsignor John Pardo returns to the post of Vicar General with Father Daniel Hernandez taking over his old role as parish priest of St Bernard’s Church.
Christine Vasquez first asked the Bishop whether he’d put priests he felt he could trust, in key positions.
