ZEPLESS Live EJMA 5.11.13, Ramble On

LYRICS / PAROLES
Just woke up in the middle of the night
In my sleep i was holding you tight
Our fingers were crossed and our hands tied
I walked in your dreams and you walked in mine
Then I remembered and got a little fright
Reminding me of those days behind
That’s all messed up in my mind
Could it be that you were mine ?
In your hands
My world was in your hands
I wish you were not the same
As all the persons I blame
I thought you were different
When my world was in your hands
It’s dark and cold, and I’m missing light
My king size bed feels empty tonight
As the lonely ghosts are whistling outside
I shiver all night without you by my side
In your hands
My world was in your hands
chorus
My world was in your hands
It could’ve lasted until the end
But you just couldn’t understand
You let it fall instead
My world was in your hands
My whole world was in your hands
.
I've got you under my skin

LYRICS
When I obey
You say you like to play
Last time I tried
What happened then? It will happen again
And when I go all alone I’m stupid
There’s no race I can run by myself
What you want I’m not any more
We used to walk through darling
You keep me stalling
Then you’ve said enough
Nobody dared me to be fair until the bell
And once you say
Is it late for me and you’ll make me forget
And when you’re okay
You water me down like Monet
Procrastinating, waiting for what I’m going to say
You are a lonely bony frozen man
What a happy ending
CHORUS
And just like a kid
You’ll be/get lost on your own
Your shouting and pouting
Won’t help you get home
You make me and you
Last week, bad news
To Forget
