We started the day by taking a horseback ride on the beach with Spirit of the West. They picked us up at our hotel and drove us to a beautiful stretch of the coast that allowed horses. We then took an hour plus ride along the beach.
Our next activity was with Red Sail Sports on a catamaran that took us to Stingray City. Stingray City is a sandbar where many stingrays come daily to interact with people. It is truly amazing. They were not afraid of us at all and loved getting close to us.
We also had some time to do some snorkeling at a nearby reef. The catamaran sailed the majority of the way back to the dock which made for such a peaceful ride.
Not to be left out was dinner at Catch in Morgan's Harbor. The setting here was great. We were seated on the deck overlooking the harbor as the sun was setting. The food was incredible too!

Horseback Riding - Cayman Style
A 4K Video taken from a Mavic Pro of Dianne, Ashley, Kristen and Mya horseback riding along the quiet beach of Barkers National Park, West Bay, Grand Cayman and then out into the sparkling waters of Grand Cayman. Noland Stewart, founder of Coral Stone Stables conducts these rides and was a lot of fun to ride with. This video is best viewed full screen in 4K.

Short clips of the ride through the water. The part missing is when they were swimming. Very fun and well worth the expense for a private tour!

We started the day by going to the Crystal Caves. This was an amazing network of caves that a guide takes you through. We went in the bat cave, the lake cave, the root cave, and more!
Then, we went to an area of Grand Cayman called Rum Point. This is a really fascinating part of the island that feels completely different than the 7 Mile Beach area that we were staying at.
We ate lunch at a great spot called Kaibo Beach Bar. It was such a cool setting and the food was good too!
Next, we drove around the East End of the island and back to the Caribbean Club where we stayed and enjoyed some beach and pool time.
The final stop for the day was a restaurant called Morgan's. This place blew us away both the waterfront setting and the food were nothing short of spectacular. The sunset was almost purple this night, and we will never forget it!

Spirit of the West Grand Cayman Review
▶︎GoPro & Accessories -
Spirit of the West in Grand Cayman is great! You get to ride a horse down the beach and/or in the water. The horses actually are swimming while you're riding them in the ocean! This is an incredible and must-do experience while cruising to Grand Cayman or vacationing in Grand Cayman. West Bay Grand Cayman is very remote and natural. You get to ride a horse on some of the most beautiful beaches of the world! Please share this video with others and be sure to subscribe to the IrixGuy Adventure Channel ( and enjoy all of my travel videos and GoPro videos! I filmed this video with a GoPro HD Hero3 Black Edition camera attached to a GoPro headstrap mount. Contains royalty-free music from . Have a good day!

Spirit of the West | Grand Cayman Teaser
Spirit of the West was founded in 2004 by Paul & Chelsea Rivers. Though the company was only formed at that time, it was born decades earlier, in the mind of Paul who is an avid horseman.
The name of the company has many meanings for Paul & Chelsea. While many agree that horses have a mostly unbreakable Spirit, Paul & Chelsea are devoted Christians who, likewise, have an unbreakable faith. Then there is the notion that horses have long been associated with the Old West but coincidentally, Paul was born and raised in West Bay, Grand Cayman where they reside and operate the business with their twin sons and little girl.
