Sometimes referred to as Central Park or as Memorial Park, the area is home to the Memorial Park Library, an equestrian statue of Russell Lambert Boyle, and a cenotaph. The former Colonel Belcher veterans hospital was located across 4th street SW to the West, now the site of the Sheldon M. Chumir Centre.

Central Memorial Park by Crystal Fountains - Calgary, Canada
Calgary's historic Central Memorial Park was reopened in May, following an $11 million (Canadian dollars) renovation, which includes major new fountains, and the local population are already enjoying the new fountains. The park is the city's oldest, listed as a 'Provincial Historic Resource', it dates back to 1885, when land for the park was first set aside. By 1912 Central Memorial Park was a civic showplace complete with Alberta's first public library, war memorials, a bandstand and decorative plantings. The park totals 4.68 acres and occupies one entire city block, a short walk from downtown.

Memorial Drive, Calgary AB (Time Lapse)
Memorial Drive is one of the main east-west roads in central Calgary, Alberta. It offers some of the best vistas of the downtown skyline when driving westbound, like in this video.
We start on the east end at Abbeydale Drive, and end at Crowchild Trail, where the road changes names to Parkdale Boulevard.

So an old friend of mine works downtown and knows the Plus 15 walkways took me on a bit of a tour. I had my Samsung Note 9 phone in my Moza Mini-MI gimbal and filmed in 4K video which YouTube supports.
This video will be boring to a lot of people. :-) But it showcases the Moza gimbal pretty well IMHO. Making this video I found out that one is actually not allowed to make video in many of the places we visited. If you watch the whole thing twice I had to stop filming until we got out of view of security.
For those interested in the gimbal details I was filming with pitch-follow, yaw-follow, roll-locked in native camera 4K mode.
