Hangzhou capital of China’s province, known as the Southern terminus of the ancient Grand Canal waterway. The West Lake is the most renowned landmark encompasses temples, islands, gardens, pavilions and pagoda.
Hangzhou is located on the lower reaches of the Orangutan River in Southeast China. The city has a subtropical climate.
You can go to The Tem Westlake Prospects whose offers a panoramic view of the city and see Lying Temple and Temple of Yue Fei.
You can go also to Qiantang River and Xixi National Wetland Park. It have been called West Lake. It’s really beautiful with the Spring flowers and the Summer Lotus.
You can go to Thousand Islets Lake (Qian Dao Lake) with 81% of the area is covered in forest.
If you have the time you can go to Qinghefang Ancient Street located in the North. It’s a section of Hefang Street.
Be aware the locals dishes are known as elaborate preparation, sophisticated cooking and refreshing tastes. We advise you to try the Beggar’s Chicken, West Lake Fish in Sweet Sour Source, Dongpo Pork and Fried Shrimps with Longjing Tea.
And finally you can go to Qiantang Tide Viewing Festival, every year on the 18th day in autumn of China’s Lunar Year.

Trippy Temple Lights in Chengdu | Spring Festival in Sichuan, Day 1
Spring Festival is China's biggest and most important holiday. It's like Christmas and New Year's Eve in one holiday!
From February 7th to February 14th, 2016, we got one week off from work, so my friend and I decided to spend an amazing week at Sichuan province, the home of Pandas and spicy food.
We spent our first day/evening at the Wuhou temple in Chengdu which was insanely decorated with lights, lanterns and colourful figures, as you can see in this vlog.

China: Day 24-25 – Sleepless in Shanghai
Asleep in Beijing, wake up in Shanghai. We roll right on through climbing the Shanghai World Financial Center, and then hit up the fashionable Bund. The city has beautiful scrappers that paint the skyline in night. We finish off with the People's Square (Shanghai's Time Square) and more importantly an slightly off the path dumpling shop.
Day 25–We head to the Venice of Shanghai for some riverboats and interesting street shops, and see what China did better than Italy.

Travelling through China... Riding through a Downtown Quarte
I shot these videos when I visited China, in August 2005. I stayed in Beijing, Xi An, Chongqing - from where I took a 3-days cruise till Shangai through the Yang-Tze river.
It's an amazing country! Their culture, the buddhist temples, the food... almost everything is impressive there, at least to the eyes of a Western.
Of course, this is a country that still has a lot to do in matters of Energy Policies and Human or Animal Rights violations.
I'm glad I visited the land of what many people call the most important economic and political phenomena of our time.
I eat the things that most foreigners in China avoid
I went to Hebei and ordered all the things that most non-Chinese people living in China like to avoid: a plate of locusts and some earwig like things that swim in the water, a fish caught from a local lake, salted duck eggs and century eggs.

Walking Around Shanghai, China
Prepare to walk around Shanghai until you are ready to drop. There is no end to interesting sights and you never know what you are going to see. Walk down the historic Bund. Walk down any street or alley that grabs your attention to gawk at the remaining Hutongs, rapidly disappearing.
Come to a dead halt when three little dogs trotted down the street pulling a cat inside it's own compartment. Watch the Chinese tour groups wearing identical red, yellow or blue baseball hats to identify themselves. Children rollerblading. China is definitely one, if not THE, most fascinating city in the world.

20110427 Hangzhou , 杭州(항주).avi 영은사(靈隱寺)
항주 북서쪽에 자리잡은 영은사(靈隱寺)는 326년 동진(東晉) 시대에 지어진, 중국 선종의 10대 고찰 중의 하나다.
인도의 승려인 혜리(慧理)가 이곳에 왔다가 산의 기세가 매우 아름다워 仙靈所陰(신선의 영이 이곳에 깃들어 있다는 의미)라고 말한 후 이 사찰을 건립했다고 한다. 이 절은 항주에서도 역사가 가장 오래되었다.
10세기 오대십국(五代十國) 중의 하나인 오(吳)나라 때 크게 융성했으며,
당시에는 72전, 18각, 9루(褸)의 불교 전각이 있었고 수행하는 승려도 3,000명이 넘었다. 건물, 정각, 경중, 석탑, 불상 등의 건축 및 조각이 아주 빼어나다.
중국 불교사와 건축예술에 매우 중요한 문물로 지정되어 있으며, 석불상은 국보급이다.
문화혁명 때 크게 파손되어 현재 건물은 대부분 30~40 년 전에 복원한 것이다. 현재도 계속 복원 중이다.
이 사찰에 청나라 황제 강희제가 다녀간 후, 거대한 담을 온통 황금색으로 칠했다
