I've complained and the adverts have been removed for the moment while they consult with their lawyers. According to UK law, the audio is out of copyright -- this song was released in 1927.
Note there is another version of this song but Will's voice is not as good as on this original version. I'm sure that if you 'buy' this song, you wont get this version.
