La propriétaire du Château de Momas lance un appel aux dons pour effectuer des travaux de consolidation de la butte sur laquelle il est construit. Cette batisse du 16è siècle est aujourd'hui en danger, avec les dernières tempêtes les murs de soutènement se sont écroulés. Une association nationale, la demeure historique récolte les dons.

Dans la vallée de l’Ernée, entre Mayenne et Laval, le Château de Clivoy est entouré d’un parc à l’anglaise de plus de 6 hectares. Il est aussi réputé pour son potager clos de murs, son verger de poiriers et pommiers en quenouilles et ses buis soigneusement taillés. Dans ce bref reportage, Catherine de Pontbriand, la propriétaire des lieux évoque l’histoire de ce domaine et tous les travaux d’aménagement qui ont conduit à la réhabilitation de ces jardins où les planches de légumes et d’aromatiques sont mises en valeur par une multitude de rosiers. Un lieu charmant et méconnu à découvrir…
Le château de la Salvetat-Saint-Gilles racheté par la commune pour 1 euro symbolique
En très mauvais état depuis de nombreuses années, le château millénaire de la Salvetat-Saint-Gilles (31) est désormais sauvé. La mairie vient de l'acquérir pour 1 euro symbolique et va lancer des travaux de réhabilitation.

À Doudeville, dans le département de la Seine-Maritime, Patrick Mioulane vous invite, en compagnie des propriétaires du lieu, à visiter le trop méconnu jardin du château de Galleville, pourtant ouvert au public. Le somptueux parc historique à la française a été conservé et agrémenté de belles plantations. Une partie a été transformée en jardin d'agrément, avec un superbe potager et un jardin décoratif à l'anglaise avec de généreuses mixed-borders de plantes vivaces, sans oublier les inévitables pommiers de Normandie. Un jardin varié, élégant et très intéressant.
