Mummy Fest held at Chatham Kent Museum Friday Oct 16 2009
Mummy Fest was held on Friday, October 16 at the Chatham-Kent Museum. An actual mummy from the University of Western Ontario was on display at the event. Watch some of the clips from two classes from Tecumseh Public School in Chatham taking a look at the mummy, and taking part in some mummy-themed activtities as well. Chatham Milner House Paranormal investigation CHAPS Case 2011-16

In April 2011, CHAPS visited the Milner House in Chatham, Ontario. The home built in 1894, has been converted into a museum and features many artifacts from the time period. The family's 14 year old daughter fell down the stairs in the home and later died from her injuries.

Chatham apartment paranormal investigation by CHAPS
CHAPS was invited to an apartment complex in Chatham Ontario, where the residents had claims of things moving, whispering in their ears, being touched among other things. After reviewing the video and audio files though CHAPS was not able to come up with any concrete evidence. A great investigation none the less.
Chatham-Kent Museum school lecture: Edward Hazel, War of 1812, and Shawnee Chief Tecumseh
In this short video, historian and lecturer Doug Robinson is dressed as Edward Hazel, who served for more than 30 years as Interpretive Officer of the British Indian Department. During the War of 1812, Edward Hazel was assigned to be a member of Tecumseh's personal travelling party. He was involved in the earliest days of the War along the Detroit frontier, fought on both sides of the river, was involved in the Capture of Fort Detroit, and was with Tecumseh when the Native leader was killed in October of 1813. In this short clip, Doug explains to a group of high school students at the Chatham-Kent Museum that there were many who boasted of killing Tecumseh. He also speaks about what is thought to have happened to Tecumseh's body.
