Sidecar Victoria visits the Sooke Lake Watershed
I'm trying something a little different this time. It's not really a motorcycle video, but it is a new place around Victoria that I'm visiting, and I took the motorcycle to get there...so, that kinda counts.
I attended a public tour of the Sooke Lake Watershed and learned all about how Victoria's water comes its source at Sooke Lake and is treated before it reaches our homes. The tour was highly educational and I'd recommend it to anyone in the Victoria area.
I'm not sure if I'll do a video like this again (i.e. not riding the motorcycle most of the video), but we'll see how it goes.
Cheers.
Edmonton River Boat
Hey guys
Went on the Edmonton River Boat, I have been on it before years ago when I was 18, Jen has never been on it and she had a great time.
The boat ride is about an hour long with serving a buffet dinner if you wish to add that on to your ride ticket but there is a extra cost for it.
The river boat goes westbound as far as the high level bridge, then turns around and heads back. Jen had a glass of wine and she said it was really good and I had a glass of coke that was endless refills.
If you have never been on the Edmonton River Boat I highly recommend that you and your family go, it really is a nice relaxing ride on the river.
** A very big thank you to my friend Dave for the tickets **

Day 8: Sea Princess (2011) Victoria, BC Canada
Day 8: Tour To Two Gardens
On May 30, my family and I set sail on the Sea Princess towards Alaska. For ten days, we traveled visiting Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay National Park, Ketchikan, and Victoria, in British Columbia Canada. Here's what happened...
Victoria:
Last stop on the cruise. We took a tour bus around Victoria and then to Butterfly Gardens and Butchant Gardens. These are not your average gardens. Before returning to the ship, we passed through China Town. While San Francisco has the crookedest street in North America - Lombard; Victoria has the narrowest - Fan Tan Alley.
With only five minutes of video, this was all I had to record the next two places; the rest is taken from my parent's camcorder. Credit goes to them.

Tour De Rock 2011: Day 9
NANAIMO -- The streets of Nanaimo were on lock down as the Tour de Rock team is escorted along Commercial Street. The team arrived at Diana Krall Plaza to cheers of Support, from a crowd of more than 300 people.

The evening raised more than 11-thousand dollars for the Canadian Cancer Society to support programs such as Camp Goodtimes.
The Riders sat the tour is an emotional rollercoaster, one that is beginning to take its toll.
The team departs Nanaimo with more than 300 kilometres to go. The two week adventure will come to an end Friday evening in Victoria.

Vancouver 2010 Torch Relay - December 5, 2009
I was the first leg of the town and was lucky enough to light the torch from a lantern. It was a cold but sunny day and lots of people from the town, Saint-Éphrem-de-Beauce, were there to cheer me on. It was a out of this world experience. Thank you everyone!!! Remember to check out the relay around your area if you can. You will love it.
