The plain stretches 15 miles and the fertile land covers 20000 Mu such a saying describes the favorable geographical condition which is common in a plain area but for Guangzhou, a province in China that features volatile climate and hilly land. This can be regarded as a treasure land. That is Chejiang Dam in Rongjiang Country in southeast Guizhou and the so called Dong Village of the thousand households-namely Sanbao Dong Village.
